7 must have’s if You want to have a Super day

Are you frustrated with how your Life is going? Get in touch with me right away… I will help you with fresh, practical solutions, so that you CAN break down walls, achieve your Goals & create better days … because that’s what I do. Remember, the right Solutions & Support can be life changing, as well as adding tremendous Value to your life … and you do like value, don’t you?

=======================================================================

Not every day is a Super Day however You can maximise  your chances of having a Super Day by considering these 7must have’s’ …..

Have a goal to limit your frustration

Boy oh boy do you get frustrated. Drives you mad, doesn’t it? Frustration distorts your view. Frustration throws you off your game. But what actually frustrates you? Is it that important that you must derail your day? Take look at what frustrates you. Some of it (or most?) simply isn’t worth the oxygen. Park it, leave it or dump it and then you can get on with having a Super day.

Have somewhere to go

To destination X or any other letter of the alphabet that you care to mention. Some espouse to not bother with destinations. That’s OK, to an extent. Simply going “somewhere” is a destination. That’s the thing. You must be going somewhere. Waking up (hopefully), each day not knowing where you will go ….. well, you might as well go back to sleep. Have somewhere to go in your day. Direction is far better than directionless. And remember, you can always change direction.

Have the skill to know your next step

A follow on from my previous point. Even when you feel ‘lost’, you need to be able to retrieve the situation. Plan B  never looked so good. Execute it and get through the day. Having a Plan B is the skill set. You and I have our moments, seemingly hours, of trying to retrieve something from apparent nothing. Sort of a lost in space type of feeling. Let it pass. Know how to take your next step. Take it as quickly as possible … and then your super day rolls on.

Have a smile on your dial

Simple eh? Seems hard for many. Simple it is. Effective it sure is. Instantly uplifting. Legal stimulant. Wear one.

Have a plan to keep your dreams alive

Now we’re talking ….. Ever had a ‘smack’ in the face? Been told that “you’re dreaming” and to get real? Don’t worry about the naysayers. When you have the dream/s, your plans need to hold fast. You wouldn’t want them to fade, would you? They will if you don’t have a daily plan to stoke the fire.  Your plan can be as simple as you like. Just enough to keep your dream in view. Just like keeping air in your tyres, keep life in your dreams by having a plan to do so.

Have a passion to cherish the vitality of your lifeBlog19

Now we’re really talking ….. maybe a bit of overkill here but what I’m saying is (and you’ve heard this a gazillion times) ‘life is short’. Make the most of each day. Add a dash of excitement, maybe two dashes … get into the rhythm or create your own.  Every day! Easier said than done? … Rubbish, You can do this!

Have the willingness to say thankyou

This is feelgood and self nourishment in one easy to say package. Again a simple philosophy because life really is pretty simple. “Thank You” opens up or enhances communication. “Thank you” reaches out … and it will reach out right back at you. That’s Super!

How many of your days are Super? Would you like to have more?

I’d love to hear from you.

    Hi David-

I love your upbeat tips on having a wonderful day. I’ll just add in one way that I have a super day – it is when I wake up and not know ‘what I’m going to do’ for that day (which I love)- only how I will try to be as I journey through the day – happy and kind – Fran
